- Worldwide shipping to Europe, the USA, Canada and beyond, with rates shown clearly at checkout
- A real 30-day returns process — if something isn't right, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange the return; approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of us receiving the item back
- Damaged or incorrect items — tell us within 7 days with a photo and we'll put it right at no extra cost
