At Aurem Home, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our delivery times and costs.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
UK Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50. Orders under £50 are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of £3.99.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days from dispatch
International Delivery
We ship to a range of international destinations. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location and local customs processing:
- Europe: 5–12 working days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 working days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 working days
- Rest of World: 10–21 working days
International shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
Order Tracking
Every order is sent with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
