Shipping Policy
Every Aurem Home order is sent with tracking. Many of our products ship directly from our partner warehouses, so please allow the delivery times below.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) on a working day start processing the same day. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days, and you'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
UK Delivery
- Standard tracked — orders £50 and over: FREE
- Standard tracked — orders under £50: £2.99
Estimated delivery: 7–14 working days from your order (1–3 working days' processing + 6–11 working days in transit).
International Delivery
Shipping is charged at a flat rate, shown in full at checkout before you pay. Estimated delivery from your order:
- USA & Canada: £4.99 — 8–17 working days
- Australia & New Zealand: £4.99 — 10–20 working days
- Europe (EU): £2.99 — 8–17 working days
- Other available destinations: £4.99 — up to 21 working days
Delivery times are estimates and can vary with customs checks and local carrier volumes. If your order is running later than the estimate, contact us and we'll chase it and keep you updated.
Order Tracking
Every order is tracked. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
