At Aurem Home, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our delivery times and costs.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) on a working day begin processing the same day. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
UK Delivery
- Standard — orders £50 and over: FREE
- Standard — orders under £50: £2.99
Estimated standard delivery: 3–7 working days from dispatch.
International Delivery
We currently ship to the international destinations shown at checkout. Shipping is charged at a flat rate, displayed in full before you pay:
- USA & Canada: £4.99 — estimated 3–7 working days from dispatch
- Australia & New Zealand: £4.99 — estimated 3–7 working days from dispatch
- Europe (EU): £2.99 — estimated 5–12 working days from dispatch
- Other available destinations: £4.99 — estimated up to 21 working days from dispatch
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
Order Tracking
Every order is sent with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
