Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and sent with tracking. We offer free UK standard shipping on orders over £50 (a flat £3.99 applies to orders under £50). Estimated UK delivery is 3–7 working days from dispatch. International delivery times and rates are calculated and shown at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of us receiving your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
