A fabric pendant light with a soft artificial-silk shade over an iron frame, in five shapes: a round ball, a wide UFO, a straight-sided bucket, an hourglass and a peach. The fabric diffuses the bulb into a warm, even glow with none of the glare of a bare pendant, which is why these hang over dining tables, in bedrooms, above a reading corner in the living room, in stairwells and hallways, and in restaurants and hotel lobbies. Japandi and wabi-sabi interiors, Scandi neutrals and new-Chinese schemes all take it.

Size to the room: 30cm for a bedside or hallway, 33–40cm for a bedroom or a four-seat table, 45–50cm for a dining table or a living room. Each shade lights roughly 5–10 m². A 5W E27 LED bulb is included, the hanging wire adjusts up to 1m so it can sit high over a table or low as a reading light, and it wires to a standard UK ceiling rose (220–240V, hardwired, no plug).
