A slim marble pendant light: a 25cm cylinder of natural stone, 6cm across, that glows from within so the veining shows through the wall of the tube. Hang one either side of the bed instead of table lamps and win back the bedside surface; use a single drop in a hallway or on a landing; or run three in a line over a dining table or a kitchen counter. The copper fitting is warm and Italian; the black iron version is quieter and modern.

Comes with an E27 LED bulb fitted, sized for a bedside or a 3–5 m² pool of light. The drop adjusts between two heights so it hangs at reading height over a bedside table or higher in a hallway. Wired to a standard UK ceiling (220–240V, hardwired, no plug). Each shade is cut from real marble, so every one has its own pattern.
