A white ribbed ceramic shade hung from a brass-tone holder on a braided cord: a calm, Japanese-inspired pendant light that works on its own over a bedside table or in a row of two or three above a kitchen island or dining table.

The fluted ceramic diffuses the light softly downwards. Choose the version with a turned walnut-wood top and an E14 bulb holder, or the all-brass top with an E27 holder. The cord adjusts up to 1.5m. Bulb not included — we recommend a warm white LED bulb.

Size: shade 22.5cm wide, about 16cm tall; cord adjustable up to 1.5m
Fitting: E14 (walnut top) or E27 (brass top); bulb not included
Power: mains 220–240V, hardwired — fitting by a qualified electrician (no plug)
Material: glazed ceramic shade, brass-tone metal holder, braided fabric cord (wood top on the E14 version)
In the box: pendant light, ceiling fixings
